DESCRIPTION <br /> o Use This portion of work is part of a Wetland Mitigation in conjunction with the <br /> Wisconsin Department of Transportation's Verona Bypass Project and in <br /> cooperation with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The <br /> area depicted above will provide a site for the excess material excavated <br /> from the new Wetlands. <br /> o Legal The area known as the Sharon L. Nesbitt property lies in the Southwest <br /> Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range <br /> 8 East (Tax Key # 31 -0608-132-9000-5), the Southeast Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 8 East (Tax Key <br /> # 31 -0608-132-9500-0), and a portion of the Northeast Quarter of the <br /> Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 6 North, Range 8 East (Tax Key <br /> # 31 -0608-132-8040-9). <br /> o Schedule Work will commence on or about April 11, 1994 and will be completed by <br /> December 31, 1994. <br /> o Method Silt fence for erosion control will be installed at those areas shown on the <br /> plan. Existing topsoil in the areas of the proposed contours will be stripped <br /> and stockpiled. The excavated material from the new Wetlands will then be <br /> spread in this area. Upon completion, the salvaged topsoil will be replaced <br /> and all disturbed areas will be seeded in accordance with WisDOT specs. <br /> o Benefits By utilizing this proposal, no construction truck traffic would be required to <br /> travel on public roads.
