` DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5937 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Middleton <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Middleton be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5937 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 30, Town of Middleton described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the South one-quarter corner said <br /> Section 30; thence S 89° 44 ' 07" West, 2552 . 50 feet; thence N 00° <br /> 47 ' 21" East 2128 .90 feet to the point of this description; thence <br /> continuing N 00° 47 ' 21" East, 540.24 feet; thence N 89° 51 ' 52" <br /> East, 692 . 82 feet; thence S 00° 05 ' 18" East, 437 . 90 feet; thence <br /> N 89° 51 ' 52" East, 499 . 00 feet; thence S 00° 05 ' 18" East, 522 . 10 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 51 ' 52" West, 856. 48 feet; then ce N 00° 47 ' 21" <br /> East, 414 . 24 feet; thence N 89° 12 ' 39" West, 350. 00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
