DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5948 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 and R-1A Residential the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #5948: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 25, Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SE <br /> 1/4 NE 1/4; thence South along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 465 <br /> feet to the centerline of London Road; thence East along said <br /> centerline, 950 feet to the West line of the Plat of London and the <br /> point of beginning; thence South, 180 feet; thence West, 100 feet <br /> to the Northeast corner of the former depot grounds; thence S 65° <br /> West, 110 feet; thence North, 230 feet; thence East, 200 feet of <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-1A: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SE 1/4 NE <br /> 1/4; thence South along the West line of said 1/4 1/4, 465 feet to <br /> the centerline of London Road and the point of beginning; thence <br /> East along said centerline, 750 feet; thence South, 230 feet; <br /> thence S 65° West, 830 feet; thence North, 340 feet; thence East, <br /> 171 feet; thence North, 162 feet; thence West, 171 feet; thence <br /> North, 70 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
