DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5950 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Springfield - <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to <br /> include in the R-1A Residential the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5950: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 3 , Town of Springfield described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 3; thence N 00° 55 ' 00" East along the North-South quarter line of <br /> said Section 3 , 694 . 42 feet to the point of beginning description; <br /> thence N 65° 12 ' East, 39 . 48 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line <br /> of Town Road; thence a curve to thee left having a radius of 180. 33 <br /> feet and a chord bearing S 32° 21 ' East, 8 . 28 feet; thence <br /> continuing along said Westerly right-of-way line S 33° 40 ' East, <br /> 326. 60 feet; thence S 65° 12 ' West, 393 .86 feet; thence N 33° 40 ' <br /> West, 334 . 90 feet; thence N 65° 12 ' East, 354 . 56 feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
