DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5951 • • <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of y <br /> Pleasant Springs <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended <br /> to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 4, Town of Pleasant Springs <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of <br /> Section 4, thence N 88° 28 ' 52" East 1918.72 feet along the South <br /> line of said Section 4 and the centerline of Rinden Road to the <br /> point of beginning; thence N 01° 31 ' 08" West 459. 07 feet; thence <br /> N 88° 30 ' 00" East 205. 00 feet; thence S 01° 31 ' 08" East 459. 00 <br /> feet to the South line of Section 4 and the centerline of Rinden <br /> Road; thence S 88° 28 ' 52" West 205. 00 feet along said section line <br /> and centerline to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) The residence shall be located so that it is not further <br /> than 30 feet from the woods. <br /> (B) The driveway shall not be more than 30 feet from the East <br /> lot line. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
