DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5953 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the RH-2 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5953 : <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 31, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Beginning at the center of the intersection of Netherwood <br /> Street and Schuster Road; thence Northerlly along the centerline of <br /> Schuster Road 200 feet; thence East 234 feet; tghence Northerly 100 <br /> feet parallel with Schuster Road; thence West 234 feet; thence <br /> Northerly parallel with Schuster Road 244 .5 feet; thence Easterly <br /> parallel with Netherwood Street 460. 0 feet; thence Southerlly <br /> parallel with Schuster Road 544. 5 feet to the centerline of <br /> Netherwood Street; thence Westerly along the centerline of <br /> Netherwood Street to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
