STATEMENT EXPLAINING THE REASON FOR THE REZONING REQUEST <br /> To separate the farm house and other buildings ( garage and <br /> storage shed ) from the farm land . The farm house will be re- <br /> stored and/or partially replaced , or sold "as is" along with the <br /> other buildings . The balance of the farm land '(approximately 70 <br /> acres ) will continue to be cash cropped or possibly sold to the <br /> Department of Natural Resoures as part of the Hook Lake - Grass <br /> Lake Wildlife and Natural Area.
