A • • , f w <br /> - DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5957 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Roxbury <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5957: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 5, Town of <br /> Roxbury described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter <br /> corner of said Section 5; thence North along the North-South <br /> quarter line of said Section 1, 1485. 65 feet to the centerline of <br /> Inama Road and the Southeast corner of Lot #1 of Dane County <br /> Certified Sruvey Map #7080; thence N 85° 30 ' West along the <br /> centerline of said road and the South line of said Lot #1, 66. 19 <br /> feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot and the point of <br /> beginning; thence North along the West line of said Lot 1, 294. 97 <br /> feet; thence West along the South line of said Lot, 234. 00 feet to <br /> the Southwest conrer of said Lot #1; thence North along the West <br /> line of said Lot #1, 350. 00 feet to the Northwest corner of said <br /> Lot; thence East along the North line of said Lot 1, 300. 00 feet to <br /> the Northeast corner of said Lot and the North-South quarter line <br /> of said Section; thence North along said quarter line, 885. 00 feet; <br /> thence West, 350. 00 feet; thence South, 485. 00 feet; thence East, <br /> 284. 00 feet; thence South, 334 feet; thence West, 300 feet; thence <br /> South, 482 feet; thence East 234 . 00 feet; thence South, 228 feet to <br /> the centerline of said Inama Road; thence S 85° 30 ' East along said <br /> centerline, 66. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
