A copy <br /> of ZP 1990 2371 is enclosed. <br /> At that time, the Zoning Department noted that there was no <br /> Conditional Use Permit for "Governmental Use - School" on file for <br /> the Wisconsin Heights High School property described above. The <br /> Conditional Use Permit (C.U.P. ) is required when a new zoning <br /> permit is issued. Apparently, in this case, Zoning Administrator <br /> William J. Fleck decided that the Zoning Department would issue the <br /> permit with the understanding that Joint School District No. #1 <br /> would apply for the C.U.P.
