DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5967- <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Sun Prairie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to <br /> include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #5967 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the the East quarter corner of Section <br /> 31; thence S 01° 43 ' 26" East, 1201. 08 feet along the East line of <br /> Section 31; thence S 87° 39 ' 30" West 771. 96 feet; thence N 02° 20 ' <br /> 30" West 64 . 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence along a curve <br /> to the left, the radius is 11, 560 feet, the long chord is S 87° 35 ' <br /> 49" West 24 . 77 feet, to the Southeast corner of Lot #2 , CSM #1860. <br /> thence N 01° 18 ' 49" West 400 feet along the East line of said Lot <br /> #2 , extended.
