DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5967- Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Sun Prairie The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Sun Prairie be amended to include in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Pet. #5967 : Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Sun Prairie described as follows: Commencing at the the East quarter corner of Section 31; thence S 01° 43 ' 26" East, 1201. 08 feet along the East line of Section 31; thence S 87° 39 ' 30" West 771. 96 feet; thence N 02° 20 ' 30" West 64 . 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence along a curve to the left, the radius is 11, 560 feet, the long chord is S 87° 35 ' 49" West 24 . 77 feet, to the Southeast corner of Lot #2 , CSM #1860. thence N 01° 18 ' 49" West 400 feet along the East line of said Lot #2 , extended. Thence N 87° 39 ' 30" East 330 feet; thence S Ol`° 18 ' 49" East 400 feet; thence S 87° 39 ' 30" West 305 . 23 feet along the North East-West line of CTH TT to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 . 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. • CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
