Stang <br /> Re: Subdividing approximately 3 acres with buildings from larger ag parcel <br /> To whom it may concern: <br /> We own approximately 72 acres at this location. Our request is to split off approximately 3 acres <br /> (2 of which arc already zoned Rh 1) from the larger parcel. The 3-acre parcel is the smallest. <br /> land division we could do to include the house, 20'x40' pole shed, 30'x45' greenhouse and <br /> corral. The buildings adjoin a row of 5 houses on Hwy TT and all of us share a single access to <br /> Hwy TT. <br /> Reason for our request: We are presently living and working in Chile, S.A. (since July '93) and <br /> are no longer able to care for the property. Renting the house has proved uiLsatisfactory while <br /> the outbuildings deteriorated from lack of care. The farm land is rented to a neighboring farmer <br /> who has expressed interest in continuing to pasture and care for the land. We plan to return to the <br /> area upon retirement in about four years and therefore would like to keep the land. <br /> This land division is consistent with the Town of Sun Prairie's Land Use Plan since the property <br /> adjoins existing rural housing. <br /> We ask the Board to approve our request for rezoning/Jand division so we may sell the farmstead <br /> to avoid further deterioration of the buildings in our absence. <br /> • <br /> 9.4.6dizt.., a , <br />
