5 , <br /> DANE COUNTY ' • , <br /> ' Page 1 of <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1153 <br /> THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD <br /> PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES <br /> DOES HEREBY: <br /> GRANT the conditional use permit subject to conditions. <br /> FOR: Limited Family Business - Auto wholesale dealer and native <br /> wildlife rehabilitation facility. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT: 8/23/94 EXPIRATION DATE : See below <br /> THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 31, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 31; <br /> thence West 1, 970 feet more or less along the East-West quarter <br /> line of said Section 31 to the West line of E 1/2 W 1/2 of said <br /> Section 31; thence South 1, 320 feet along said West line; thence <br /> East 66. 00 feet to the <br /> point of beginning of this description; <br /> thence continue East 594 feet; thence South 586. 7 feet; thence West <br /> 594 feet; thence North 586. 7 feet parallel to the West line of said <br /> E 1/2 W 1/2 to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, <br /> any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for <br /> revocation of this permit. <br /> 1) . Customer traffic for the repair business is not permitted. <br /> 2) . Accumulation of inventor is not permitted. <br /> `G AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND <br /> IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE <br /> FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the <br /> proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger <br /> the public health, safety, morals, comfort or general welfare. <br /> 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the <br /> neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be <br /> substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, <br /> maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use. <br /> 3. That the establishment of the proposed conditional use will not <br /> impede the normal and orderly development and improvement of <br /> the surrounding property for uses permitted in the district. <br /> 4 . That adequate utilities, access roads, drainage and other <br /> necessary site improvements will be made. <br />
