DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5971 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Mazomanie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to <br /> include in the A-1 Exclusive Agricultural and R-1 Residential <br /> District/s the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Mazomanie described <br /> as follows: <br /> TO R-1: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 10; <br /> thence North 1°12 ' 00" East, 724 . 17 feet along the West Line of the <br /> SW 4 of the NW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue North <br /> 1°12 ' 00" East, 150. 00 feet; thence South 88°48 ' 00" East, 220. 00 <br /> feet; thence South 1°12 ' 00" West, 150 feet; thence North 88°48 ' 00" <br /> West, 220. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO A-1 EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner <br /> of said Section 10; thence North 1°12 ' 00" East, 874 . 17 feet; thence <br /> South 88°48 ' 00" East 220. 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue South 88°48 ' 00" East 393 . 80 feet; thence South 1°12 ' 00" <br /> West, 150. 00 feet; thence North 88°48 ' 00" West, 393 . 80 feet; thence <br /> North 1°12 ' 00" East, 150. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Only one residence is allowed in the combined R-1 and A-1 <br /> Exclusive Ag zoned area. <br /> (B) The combined R-1 and A-1 Exclusive Ag zoned area shall <br /> remain as one parcel and shall not be divided. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
