DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5971 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Mazomanie The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the A-1 Exclusive Agricultural and R-1 Residential District/s the following described land: Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 10, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: TO R-1: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence North 1°12 ' 00" East, 724 . 17 feet along the West Line of the SW 4 of the NW 1/4 to the point of beginning; thence continue North 1°12 ' 00" East, 150. 00 feet; thence South 88°48 ' 00" East, 220. 00 feet; thence South 1°12 ' 00" West, 150 feet; thence North 88°48 ' 00" West, 220. 00 feet to the point of beginning. TO A-1 EXCLUSIVE AGRICULTURE: Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of said Section 10; thence North 1°12 ' 00" East, 874 . 17 feet; thence South 88°48 ' 00" East 220. 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue South 88°48 ' 00" East 393 . 80 feet; thence South 1°12 ' 00" West, 150. 00 feet; thence North 88°48 ' 00" West, 393 . 80 feet; thence North 1°12 ' 00" East, 150. 00 feet to the point of beginning. DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions on said land: (A) Only one residence is allowed in the combined R-1 and A-1 Exclusive Ag zoned area. (B) The combined R-1 and A-1 Exclusive Ag zoned area shall remain as one parcel and shall not be divided. Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet of the site.
