This monument is shown on a US Public Land Survey Monument <br /> Record by Carl Sandsnes dated 6-17-1996. I was unable to find any of the <br /> witness monuments set by Sandsnes. I established witness monuments as <br /> shown below. <br /> (c) In the plan view below, provide reference ties to at least 4 witness monuments. (Witness monuments shall be mode of <br /> concrete, material stone, iron or other equally durable material.)
