DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5976 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the R-lA Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #5976: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Deerfield described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section <br /> 18; thence S 03° 30 ' East 225. 00 feet; thence N 82° 54 ' East 950. 77 <br /> feet; thence S 06° 30 ' West 180. 15 feet; thence N 82° 54 ' East <br /> 196. 07 feet to the point of beginning. Thence continuing N 86° 54 ' <br /> East 538 . 10 feet; thence S 13° 38 ' West 185. 57 feet; thence S 14° <br /> 56 ' West 256.47 feet; thence N 73° 06 ' West 452 . 46 feet; thence N <br /> 02° 11 ' East 230. 32 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
