DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5980 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Blooming Grove The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: Pet. #5980: Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 36, Town of Blooming Grove described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 36; thence N 87° 28 ' 38" East 2269 . 37 feet; thence S 02° 31 ' 22" East 60. 00 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 87° 28 ' 38" East 323 . 99 feet; thence S 02° 33 ' East 560. 01 feet; thence N 75° 29 ' 54" West 329. 57 feet; thence on a curve to the left whose radius is 70 feet and whose long chord bears N 17° 08 ' 33" West 73 . 45 feet; thence on a curve to the right whose radius is 50' feet and whose long chord bears N 25° 40 ' 12" West 39 . 26 feet; thence N 02° 33 ' West 331. 02 feet; thence on a curve to the right whose radius is 25 feet and whose long chords bears N 42 ° 27 ' 49" East 35. 36 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10'. 255 (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds.
