The map shows that there is an intermittent stream <br /> that may be located on or near the property. An intermittent stream is one that has a periodic or <br /> recurrent flow. <br /> After further review of the waterway, it has been determined that this intermittent stream is NOT <br /> navigable west of the farm road located east of the residence at 6663 County Highway K <br /> continuing south bisecting the farm fields. The portion of this stream east of said farm road is <br /> considered navigable beginning at the farm road and continuing east and north to a point of <br /> confluence with Dorn Creek. Any further analysis of this waterway will require a field <br /> inspection during the growing season. <br /> This letter serves as notice that the property located at 6663 County Highway K is partially <br /> within the shoreland zoning district. Based on this determination and the description of your <br /> proposed shed location, south of the residence and west of the existing corn bins, your proposed <br /> shed will not be subject to shoreland zoning regulations and it will fall outside of 300 feet from <br /> the navigable portion of the stream. <br /> i <br /> I hope you find this information helpful.
