The Commission had concerns with the right-of-way <br /> width on Grinde Road which should be more than 66 feet and with <br /> access from Grinde Road. There was also concern with the zoning <br /> of R-1 as DeForest may eventually expand to include this area <br /> which is north of the Village of DeForest. It was noted the <br /> property owners should be aware that this area is located next to <br /> a proposed industrial park. <br /> Petition #5982, a request by Godfrey and Irene Lewis to change <br /> the zoning from the C-2 Commercial (Deed Restriction) District/s <br /> to the C-2 Commercial (Amended Deed Restriction) District/s. <br /> Location: 6662 CTH CV, Town of Windsor.
