The legal descriptions are the same that appear on the two propoesed <br /> cemetery plats previously submitted to your office. Enclosed also is a check in the amount <br /> of $100.00 for the application fee. <br /> The proposed use for the two parcels are for use as a cemetery. At this time, one of <br /> the parcels is currently in use as a cemetery, while the other parcel is proposed to be <br /> used as a cemetery.
