Sutter is/are <br /> the owner/s of the following described land in the Town of Vermont, <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Vermont described as follows: <br /> The South 550 feet of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 30, Town of Vermont. <br /> II.. WHEREAS said owner desires to place certain restrictions thereon, to bind <br /> the owner and those who may acquire title hereafter. <br /> III.
