• DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5989 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Burke <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Burke be amended to include <br /> in the RE-1 Recreational District/s the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 15, Town of Burke described as <br /> follows: Lot #1, CSM 3709 found in Volume 15, Page 140 of <br /> Certified Survey Maps Dane County Register of Deeds Office. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) The Westerly three acres of Lot #1 Certified Survey Map <br /> (CSM) #3709 described as follows: Commencing at the NE <br /> corner of Lot 2, CSM #3709; thence S88°23 '24"W, 202 . 09 <br /> feet; thence N0°52 '53"E, 410.39 feet; thence N88°30 '56"E, <br /> 331. 10 feet; thence Southwesterly to the point of <br /> beginning, shall be limited to non-recreational use. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of the land.
