Hwy C as well as the population areas of <br /> DeForest, Sun Prairie, Waunakee, and Lodi. Currently the main barn on the <br /> property is vacant as is the second barn. The cropland is rented out, <br /> less than one acre of which will be taken out of production to fullfill <br /> the needs of the kennel. <br /> It is our understanding that we need this property rezoned A2 with a <br /> conditional use permit for a kennel and a limited family business to sell <br /> food and related supplies for the animals. <br /> John R.
