When the wind is in <br /> the wet we can hear the traffic on highway 51 which is two miles <br /> away. I am very apprehensive about the noise involved in a business of <br /> this type . I understand he plans to train dogs also. There will be <br /> problems arising from the contact with agricultural pesticides . <br /> I believe before anything can be approved, the county needs to draw <br /> up guidelines . I also think that horse boarding farms should be <br /> looked at. We have horses being ridden up and down Mueller road from <br /> the Thies farm leaving droppings all over.
