DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5997 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-4 District/s the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5997 : <br /> Part of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 19; <br /> thence N 88° 46 ' East along the South line of said NW 1/4, 468 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue N 88° 46 ' East, 795 <br /> feet; thence N 07° East, 920 feet; thence S 81° East, 500 feet to <br /> the centerline of a Town Road; thence N 04° East along said Town <br /> Road, 132 feet; thence N 81° West, 750 feet; thence West, 150 feet; <br /> thence S 76° West, 350 feet; thence S 37° West, 500 feet to the <br /> centerline of the Koshkonong Creek; thence Southeasterly along said <br /> centerline, 720 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
