DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5997 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Deerfield <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to <br /> include in the RH-4 District/s the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 Section 19, Town of Deerfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the NW quarter corner of said Section 19; <br /> thence South along the West line of said section, 273 to the point <br /> of beginning; thence S 72°E along the North line of Hommen Rd. , 569 <br /> feet to the NW corner of Dane County Certified Survey map #6983; <br /> thence S01°30 ' 00"E, 1067 feet to the SW corner thereof; thence <br /> N79°E 457 feet to the SE corner thereof; thence S52°E, 350 feet; <br /> thence S34°E, 120 feet; thence N85°W, 66 feet; thence SO4°W, 540 <br /> feet; thence N83°W, 854 feet to the centerline of Koshkonong Creek; <br /> thence Northwesterly along said centerline 750 feet to its <br /> intersection with the West line of Section 19; thence North along <br /> the West line, 1260 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REOUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Only one residence may be constructed on the parcel. <br /> (B) The parcel may not be divided. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well.as the owners of lane 300 feet <br /> of the site.
