DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6000 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Windsor <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Windsor be amended to <br /> include in the R-1 Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6000: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8, Town of Windsor described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 8; <br /> thence N 88° 18 ' 25" East along the North line of the NE 1/4 of <br /> said Section 8, 999 . 87 feet; thence S 07° 07 ' 52" West, 660. 90 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence N 81° 44 ' 08" West, 188 . 13 feet; <br /> thence S 79° 36 ' 51" West, 131. 32 to the point on a curve; thence <br /> along the arc of said curve to the left with a radius of 531.70, a <br /> central angle of 02° 41 ' 40" and whose long chord bears S 09° 37 ' <br /> 48" West, 25. 00 feet; thence S 08° 16 ' 58 ' West, 182 . 70 feet to a <br /> point of curvature; thence along the arc of said curve to the left <br /> with a radius of 15 . 00 feet, a central angle of 89° 57 ' 54" and <br /> whose long chord bears S 36° 41 ' 59" East, 21.21 feet; thence S 81° <br /> 40 ' 56" East, 135. 02 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the <br /> arc of said curve to the right with a radius of 720. 94 feet; a <br /> central angle of 09° 25 ' 48" and whose long chord bears S 76° 58 ' <br /> 02" East, 118 . 52 feet; thence S 72° 15 ' 08" East, 33 . 00 feet to the <br /> centerline of Grinde Road; thence along the centerline of said <br /> Grinde Road N 17° 44 ' 52" East 98 . 12 feet; thence continuing along <br /> said road centerline N 07° 07 ' 52" East 183 . 37, feet to the point <br /> of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DA <br /> (ZNRPH.REZ) <br />
