• <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6002 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Primrose <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Primrose be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6002 : <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Primrose described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of the said Section <br /> 15; thence West 930 feet to the point of beginning; thence North <br /> 570 feet; thence East 205 feet; thence North 390 feet to the creek; <br /> thence S 80° West along the center of the creek 600 feet; thence <br /> South along the centerline of CTH U 630 feet; thence East 264 feet; <br /> thence South 165 feet; thence East 105 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
