DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6010 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Dunn <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include <br /> in the RH-1 Rural Homes District/s the following described land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Dunn described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of Section 12; <br /> thence N 00° 31' 17" West, 1323 . 67 feet, along the West line of <br /> said Section 12 to the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter <br /> Northwest quarter; thence N 89° 07 ' 00" East, 930. 15 feet, along <br /> the North line of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence continuing along said North line, N 89° <br /> 07 ' 00" East, 400. 00 feet, to the Northeast corner of the SW 1/4 NW <br /> 1/4; thence S 00° 17 ' 16" East, 400. 00 feet, along the East line of <br /> the SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence S 89° 07 ' 00" West, 400. 00 feet; thence <br /> N 00° 17 ' 16" West, 400. 00 feet, to the North line of SW 1/4 NW 1/4 <br /> and the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2. (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Only one residence is allowed on the rezone parcel. <br /> (B) No additional parcels may be separated from the farm <br /> property. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
