AMEND. 6014 Petition #6014 by Richard & Lois Keller to change the zoning from the A-1 Exclusive Agriculture district to the RH-2 Rural Homes district on property located across from 9656 Overland Road in part of the SE 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 1, Town of Perry. The Zoning & Natural Resources Committee recommends that Petition 6014 be granted as modified to include the following conditions: 1. access to the three newly created lots and the existing tot must be provided to Overland Road on the existing driveway along the East boundary of the new lots. Said access shall be shown on the certified survey map. 2. a turnaround must be installed at the end of the driveway. Said turnaround shall be shown on the certified survey map; and Zoning Ord.
