Our building inspector had gone out and <br /> checked the proposed living quarters he determined that it <br /> did not meet the State Building Code , They needed to have <br /> windows in each room that they intended to use , and they • <br /> needed another exit . <br /> that time Per. Hiebing stated he would get back to him it <br /> wished to proceed . It just happens he stopped a couple <br /> weeks ago and I asked him if he had finished the windows and <br /> etc and he stated he bought a home in Windsor and was just <br /> using the said building for his business .
