June 6, 1994
Mr. Lyman Anderson, Chairman
Dane County Zoning and Natural Resources Committee
Dane County Land Regulation and Records
Room 116, City-County Building
Madison, WI 53709
Dear Mr. Anderson:
Enclosed is the following material required for a conditional use permit in Dane
County:
1. The legal description of my property surveyed by Birrenkott Surveying, Inc.
2. My tax parcel number: 07-0810-123-9590-4.
3. My check representing $100.00 for the filing fee.
4. Originally, I purchased this property for the intention of locating my business and
person. Currently, my building is used for the purpose of storage for my business, which is
commercial refrigeration service and sales. I would like to reside on my property for a
variety of reasons. First off, being able to have my business as a centralized unit, located
close to my customers, bookkeeping made easier because it would be in one location, ease
of after-hour emergency calls, travel time shortened considerably because of the location,
ease of working on ice machines after hours and having all tools available there, watching
over own premises, possibly lessening vandalism and break-ins. I have one vehicle that I
drive and have plenty of parking space available for my two employes and delivery trucks.
It would be rare for a customer to stop at the building, I always go to their place of
business. I would like to be in residence by August of this year. The reasons listed above
would explain why I feel that my property is suitable for this permit.
5. See 1, above.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely,
• „<„ -
/7 -------z
Todd R. Hiebing
Hiebing Refrigeration
Enclosures
