ITEMNO: 34 . DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6013 Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of Madison The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Madison be amended to include in the R-4 Residential and B-1 Local Business District/s the following described land: Pet. #6013 : Part of the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 30, Town of Madison described as follows: TO B-1: Part of Lot #6, Arbordale Professional Center, located in the SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 33, Town of Madison. Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot #6, Arbordale professional Center, and a point on a curve; thence Southeasterly along a curve to the right which has a radius of 1398.39 feet and a chord which bears S 67° 06 ' 04" East, 41. 48 feet to a point of reverse curve; thence Southeasterly along a curve to the left which has a radius of 608 . 96 feet and a chrod which bears S 67° 06 ' 23" East, 18. 12 feet to the West line of Landmark Place; thence along the West line of Landmark Place, S 00°22 ' 36" West, 178 .44 feet; thence N 80° 39 ' 30" West, 106.27 feet to the West line of said Lot 6; thence along the said West line, N 15° 29 ' 54" East, 191. 33 feet to the point of beginning.
