follows:
A part of the Northeast 1/4 of the northeast
1/4 of Section 28, Town of Springdale
described as follows:
Lot No. 1, CSM 2877 Found in Volume II, Page
240 of CSM Maps Dane County Register of Deeds
Office.
5. Mr. Garfoot petitioned Dane County for Zoning Ordinance
Amendment to have the land cited above rezoned from A-1
Agricultural District to R-3A Residential District, Dane County
Ordinance Amendment Application for Rezone #6015.
6. A public hearing on said zoning change was noticed and
held on July 12, 1994 before the Zoning and Natural Resources
Committee of the Dane County Board. Publication of said hearing
was by the Wisconsin State Journal on June 28 and July 5, 1994.
7. At a subsequent July 26, 1994 meeting, the County Zoning
and Natural Resources Committee approved the requested zoning
change from A-1 Agricultural District to R-3A Residential District
but only with the inclusion of a Deed Restriction to run with the
land. The Restriction limits the R-3A zoned area to only one
single family residence or one duplex. The Committee's decision was
passed on to the full Dane County Board and the Dane County
Executive for adoption.
8 . Mr. Garfoot had vigorously objected to said Deed
restrictions.
9 . By letter dated September 15, 1994 , Mr. Garfoot received
formal notification that his zoning request entitled Dane County
Ordinance Amendment No. 6015 had been approved by all necessary
parties of the Township, Zoning Committee, County Board and County
2
