We, the undersigned , request denial of Dane County Application
<br /> Rezone Petition #6018 BY: Donald & Elaine Erickson to Change
<br /> the zoning from R-2 Residentill to R-3A Residential . Location:
<br /> North of 6960 CV, Section 20 Town: Windsor Area: 3 .4 acres
<br /> For the following reasons:
<br /> This request is inconsistent with the existing surroundings which
<br /> • is active farming directly to the South and beautifully appointed
<br /> and pricey single family residences across the street and to the
<br /> North-
<br /> This request is inconsistent with the agreements with the petitioner
<br /> which Were made at the time of sales to the present property owners in
<br /> Oak Springs directly North of the area.
<br /> This request for a cluster of duplex lots is inconsistent with the
<br /> entire area from Windsor Road to the South and Vinburn Road to the
<br /> North which has exclusively single family dwellings along the entire
<br /> street except for two duplex lots in Oak Springs where they are at
<br /> seperate entrances.
<br /> This request indicated additional lack of caring for the already
<br /> existing area the petitioner has developed along with the abandoned
<br /> Lake Erickson which is in the Oak Springs area across the street.
<br /> This request-should be denied because it has never been proved that the
<br /> property will not sell as zoned, no sign has ever been posted. Also,
<br /> if this type of housing is permitted we are concerned about the type gfr
<br /> development he might want to put next to it.
