DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6019 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6019 : <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 5, Town of <br /> Albion described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner <br /> said Section 5 ; thence N 66° 55 ' 24" East along the East West <br /> quarter line of said Section 5, 1368 . 64 feet; thence S 35° 03 ' 22" <br /> Esat, 77 . 81 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 35° <br /> 03 ' 22" East, 188 . 99 feet; thence S 86° 50 ' 54" West, 141. 00 feet; <br /> thence S 03 ° 09 ' 07" East, 290. 00 feet; thence S 86° 55 ' 24" West, <br /> 450. 00 feet; thence N 03 ° 09 ' 07" West, 450 . 49 feet; thence N 86° <br /> 55 ' 24" East, 491 . 12 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10 . 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions . <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to. describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepares for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective`1if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
