June 23, 1994 <br /> Lorand Ltd is a company with the same owners as Design Homes Inc. Our <br /> companies manufacture and market factory constructed homes. These homes are <br /> sold to individuals who look at our model home displays and order custom homes <br /> constructed. We have a displays of homes in Prairie du Chien Wi, Fond du kw <br /> Wi, Waseca Mn and on rented property in the Edgerton area. We would like to <br /> purchase land and build a display of model homes and as this display of homes <br /> would require C 2 zoning we need to request the rezoning of the property we wish <br /> to purchase. The model homes are displayed with a blacktop parking area in <br /> front and are completed and furnished with landscaping. To show a good display <br /> of home styles we need about 10 homes and a office which is a typical home. The <br /> display would be across the highway from C 2 zoning.
