DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT[' NO. 6020 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Albion <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Albion be amended to <br /> include in the C-2 Commercial District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 26, Town of Albion described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 26; <br /> thence N 89° 52 ' East along the East-West ,quarter line of said <br /> Section 26, 593 . 05 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continuing N 89° 52 ' East along said South line, 193 . 15 feet; <br /> thence N 01° 11 ' East, 345. 67 feet; thence S 89° 52 ' West, 255. 63 <br /> feet; thence S 49° 56 ' West, 114 . 00 feet; thence N 40° 04 ' West, <br /> 439 . 93 feet; thence N 22° 29 ' West, 156. 09 feet; thence N 11° 24 ' <br /> West, 186. 39 feet; thence S 89° 52 ' West, 24 . 90 feet to the East <br /> right-of-way line of a Town Road; thence S 00° 28 ' 50" West along <br /> said East right-of-way line, 201. 98 feet to the East line of <br /> Interstate 190; thence S 22 ° 29 ' East along the East line of said <br /> Interstate 190, 172 . 70 feet; thence S 40° 04 ' East along the East <br /> line of said Interstate I-90, 750. 14 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING I <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will <br /> cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) Use of the property shall be limited to a sales office <br /> for, and the display of, model homes. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site. Failure to record the restric ions wi1Q use the <br /> rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE' C 96 <br />
