The St. Benedict Center has been a religious use of this property for many years. <br /> There is no apparent expansion proposed,just remodeling of existing facilities. <br /> We note that there have been conferences of non-religious groups held at the center. If the intent <br /> is to continue or increase this rental-type activity, it will probably require rezoning rather than a <br /> conditional use permit. <br /> Since the request appears to be for remodeling existing buildings, the conditional use permit <br /> should allow for religious use of existing buildings. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.1 <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> CTH "M" is controlled access.
