Use of existing buildings <br /> only. <br /> Reasons Why Property is Suitable: The property consists of typical <br /> farm buildings which were part of an operating dairy farm until the <br /> owner recently passed away, and the property was sold. The <br /> adjacent farm fields have been enrolled in the CRP program, and the <br /> farm is no longer viable. The existing buildings have access and <br /> clearance which is ideal for storage of recreational equipment and <br /> vehicles. All storage will be inside the existing buildings, out <br /> of sight. The rent from the vehicle storage will encourage and <br /> allow the owner to maintain the farm buildings, rather than let <br /> them become dilapidated, unsafe and unsightly. <br /> Site Plan: See attached.
