Ammmummmilimmilmm <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6025 • <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Rutland <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to <br /> include in the RH-i Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 16, Town of Rutland described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of the said Section <br /> 16; thence N 88° 23 ' 58" East 825. 36 feet; thence S 00° 31 ' West <br /> 722 . 94 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 00° 31 ' West 296. 00 <br /> thence N 89° 29 ' West 296. 00 feet; thence N 00° 31 ' East 296. 00 <br /> feet; thence S 89° 29 ' East 296. 00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption <br /> by Dane County the owner or owners of the land shall record the <br /> following restrictions on said land: <br /> (A) The parcel shall not be divided; the rezoned area shall <br /> not be separated from the parcel. <br /> (B) The driveway shall be located at the edge of the field <br /> and not through the field. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the <br /> pertinent Town Board as well as the owners of land within 300 feet <br /> of the site.
