This is <br /> property owned by Mary Swedal and located in the Town of Vienna. <br /> The Village has no objections to the conditional use permit and <br /> will recommend to the Village Board that this be approved. <br /> This request was also reviewed by the Joint DeForest/Vienna <br /> Development Committee (Yellow Zone) and there were no objections. <br /> They also reviewed Application #6035 for rezoning from a C-i dis- <br /> trict to a C-2 district for Gene Evans of 1 .5 acres located in <br /> Section 14, Town of Vienna. The proposed use is for mini- <br /> warehouses.
