At that meeting the Plan <br /> Commission recommended approval . <br /> The Town accepted that recommendation from the Plan Committeo <br /> and arranged a meeting with the Vienna-Deforest yellow zone <br /> committee for further input I)efor final Town Action. <br /> The Vienna-Deforest Yellow Zone Committee ttee [mgt on July ?f;, 1994 . <br /> The Yellow Zone Committee voted for approval of this conditional <br /> use permit request for a motel llnit construction and business. <br /> The Vienna Town Poard voted to reccomnend approval of the regnoSL <br /> at their An')ust 1 , 1994 meeting. The roard noted that sewer <br /> and water service construction had been completed Lo the site <br /> and that earlier action by all unites favored this use. <br /> The Vienna ]'oar(] asks for your earliest possible approval of <br /> the CUP ` 1177 request to allow motel construction requested <br /> by Marvin & Carol Owedal . ',e request that final approval , if <br /> possible, by Mr Phelps he granted to allow the commemhcemend <br /> to construction in this building season.
