Both roads are classified as Town Roads, Class C. The <br /> highway setback for a Class C roadway is 63 feet from the centerline of the road or 30 feet back from the right-of-way <br /> line (property line), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. Given that there is a 120' wide right-of-way on Raymond Road,the 30-foot <br /> setback would apply from the property line. Hickory Ridge will be the same, 63 feet from the centerline or 30 feet from <br /> the property line.
