Effective March 16, 2016 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors <br /> Amending Chapter 10 of the Dane County Code of Ordinances <br /> Zoning Map Amendment Petition 10917 <br /> Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: <br /> The Zoning Districts Maps as referenced under Dane County Code of Ordinance Section 10.03 <br /> shall be amended as follows: <br /> Town Map: Town of Montrose Location: Sections 28, 29 <br /> Zoning District Boundary Changes <br /> A-1 EX TO RH-2 <br /> Being part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 28 and a part of the <br /> Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 29, Town of Montrose, Dane County, <br /> Wisconsin. More particularly described as follows: Commencing at the East Corner of said <br /> Section 29; thence along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section, N00°36'24"E, <br /> 775.98 feet to a point also known as the Point of Beginning; Thence S89°18'00"W, 173.42 feet; <br /> Thence S82°37'04"W, 90.39 feet: Thence S00°04'01"W, 124.85 feet; Thence S89°37'33"W, <br /> 341.67 feet; Thence N01°20'16"W, 454.38 feet; Thence N82°47'20"E, 161.87 feet; Thence <br /> S67°37'06"E, 278.08 feet; Thence S16°02'35"E, 128.30 feet; Thence N87°30'39"E, 357.05 feet <br /> to the centerline of Montrose Road; Thence along said centerline S37°47'50"E, 126.71 feet; <br /> Thence S89°18'00"W, 310.98 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said Parcel contains 217,249.14 <br /> Square Feet or 4.987 Acres Including Right of Way. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255(3)(a)2.(b) of the Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. A joint driveway agreement, joint well agreement, and joint septic agreement shall be <br /> recorded with the Register of Deeds for the benefit of the two single-family dwellings. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will <br /> be prepared for approval and recorded. Within 90 days of rezoning approval by Dane County, a <br /> final certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned shall be prepared in accordance <br /> with all applicable provisions of Chapter 236 Wisconsin Statutes and Chapter 75 Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances, and submitted to the Dane County Zoning Division. Upon submission of the <br /> final certified survey map, the Zoning and Land Regulation Committee, or its authorized <br /> representative, shall, within 30 days, approve, approve conditionally, or reject the certified survey <br /> map. Failure to submit the final certified survey within the 90 day period and/or failure to <br /> record the survey with the Dane County Register of Deeds will cause the rezone to be null <br /> and void. Two copies of the recorded survey shall be submitted to Dane County Zoning. <br />
