The purpose of the rezoning <br /> application is to allow the creation of 2 lots and a small <br /> surrounding parcel to facilitate the sale of residential homes <br /> from the farm acreage to preserve the crop land. Both homes have <br /> existed on the land for more than 50 years and pre-exist the <br /> County Zoning Ordinance. The property owner intends to retain <br /> all of the prime agricultural land for crop land. <br /> The filing fee of $100.00 is enclosed.
