DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6009 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Mazomanie <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to <br /> include in the RH-3 Rural Homes District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6009 : <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23 , Town of Mazomanie described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 23 ; thence N 00° 09 ' 00" West, along the East line of the SW 1/4 of <br /> said Section 23 ; 1868 . 13 feet to the centerline of CTH Y and the <br /> point of beginning; thence along said centerline along the arc of <br /> a curve to the left whose radius is 1637 . 10 feet and whose chord <br /> bears S 55° 12 ' 48" West, 33 . 60 feet; thence continuing along said <br /> centerline, S 54° 37 ' 18" West, 278 . 10 feet; thence continuing <br /> along said centerline along the arc of a curve to the right whose <br /> radius is 1637 . 10 feet and whose chord bears S 61° 01 ' 48" West, <br /> 365. 45 feet; thence continuing along said centerline, S 67° 26 ' 18" <br /> West, 17 . 60 feet; thence continuing along said centerline, along <br /> the arc of a curve to the right whose radius is 1637 . 10 feet and <br /> whose chord bears S 76° 42 ' 18" West, 527 . 24 feet; thence <br /> continuing along said centerline, S 85° 58 ' 18" West, 124 . 88 feet; <br /> thence N 02° 16 ' 00" West, 428 . 10 feet to a point 42 feet, more or <br /> less South of the shoreline of the Wisconsin River and the <br /> beginning of a meander line along said River; thence N 59° 44 ' 00" <br /> East, along said meander line, 510. 00 feet to a point 30 feet, mroe <br /> or less, South of said shoreline, thence continuing along said <br /> meander line, N 44° 13 ' 22" East, 581. 05 feet to point 30 feet, <br /> more or less, South of said shoreline; thence continuing along said <br /> meander line, N 39° 13 ' 22" East, 350. 00 feet to a point 20 feet, <br /> more or less, South of said shoreline, thence continuing along said <br /> meander line, N 31° 59 ' 32" East, 330. 01 feet to a point 32 . 5 feet, <br /> more or less, South of said shoreline and end of said meander line, <br /> said point also being on the East line of said Government Lot #3 , <br /> thence S 00° 09 ' 00" East, along said East line, 1158 . 30 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 .
