CTH "Y" is not a controlled access highway, <br /> however any changes to existing driveways or requests for new access require the approval of <br /> our Area Maintenance Superintendent. Strong consideration should be given to a joint use access <br /> on the common lot line, but at the same time, future access to the remaining properties on either <br /> side must be taken into account. <br /> OTHER <br />
