, _ <br /> DANE COUNTY ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 6033 <br /> Amending Section 10. 03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> Roxbury <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That <br /> the Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to <br /> include in the R-1A Residential District/s the following described <br /> land: <br /> Pet. #6033 : <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 18, Town of Roxbury described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 18; <br /> thence East along the South line of the SW 1/4 of said Section 18, <br /> 564 . 82 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing East along <br /> said South line, 300 . 00 feet; thence N 00° 09 ' 51" East, 442 . 50 <br /> feet; thence West, 299 . 70 feet; thence S 00° 12 ' 12" West, 442 . 50 <br /> feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10. 255 <br /> (3) (a) 2 . (b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned <br /> area shall be subject to the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for <br /> which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and <br /> recorded. This amendment will become effective, , if within 90 days <br /> of its approval by Dane County, a certified ' <br /> ertif i c ` survey map that <br /> describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the <br /> Dane County Register of Deeds.
