T'1e Plan commission <br /> found the request to ;-fleet the Town Plan recuirenents and the <br /> Commercial plat reCuire.ments of that subdivision. All issues were discussed and an acreeoelit was signed <br /> by the proposed new owner to follow all requirements . <br /> It was broucjht to the Town ' s attention that o position was <br /> presented at the zoning hearing. The Town wad unaware of those <br /> concerns at our hearing- but feel they were satisfactorily <br /> addressed.. Your review of the plat covenent should indicate <br /> that our requirements are severe and offer aenearence protection <br /> well above average standards. We continue to support this request <br /> and will recuire all conditions to be met. <br /> Every attempt will be made to by use to communicate with the <br /> area residents, who expressed concerns, and answer their <br /> questions.
