One item on <br /> the adjenda for that meeting was consideration of Zoning <br /> petition ## 6035 by Gene Evans to change zoning from a lot in <br /> the Town of Vienna from C-1 to C-2 to allow construction of <br /> Mini-warehousing business and structures . <br /> The Town met with Mr. Evans and the Town Plan Committee on <br /> July 18th to hear the proposal. At that meeting the Town Plan <br /> Commission recommended approval to the Board with a deed <br /> restriction that the C-2 Zoning change allow only that use. <br /> The Town Board accepted that recommendation from the Plan <br /> Committee and arranged a meeting with the Vienna-DeForest yellow <br /> zone committee for further input prior to final action. <br /> The Vienna-DeForest yellow zone committee met on July 28, 1994. <br /> The recommendation of that committee was approval with a deed <br /> restriction for only that use. <br /> The Vienna Town Board voted to recommend approval of zoning <br /> petition 6035 at it ' s August 1 , 1994 meeting after receiving <br /> • recommendations from the Plan Committee and the yellow zone <br /> Committee with deed restrictions to allow only the requested <br /> use, mini-warehousing for that property. <br /> The Town asks that the County Zoning Board give prompt approval <br /> to Zoning request No. Al 6035 with the deed restriction that <br /> the only C-2 use be mini-warehousing as requested.
